The exclusive AccuWeather RealFeel Temperature is an index that describeswhat the temperature really feels like. It's a unique composite of everythingthat affects how warm or cold a person feels, and measures the effects oftemperature, wind, humidity, sunshine intensity, cloudiness, precipitation andelevation on the human body. Most heat indices take into account only thetemperature and humidity.
