Inman News just released its list of 100 most influential people in real estate nationwide and it includes some locals, including Brian Larson, a partner with Larson/Sobotka PLLC, a Twin Cities-based law firm that specializes in providing advice to MLS's, Realtor associations, brokers and other associated businesses. Larson is also a former president and general counsel for the Minnesota Regional Multiple Listing Service.
Not surprisingly, Ron Peltier made the list, too. He's the chairman and chief executive officer of Minneapolis-based HomeServices of America, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate and the nation's second-largest residential real estate brokerage firm.
