Fall has a way of making us snap to reality. The days are shorter; kids are back in school, and that summer vacation seems like a lifetime ago. So even though fall has just started, let's take a little break from reality and revisit some summer memories, thanks to our well-traveled readers. While some went to such far-flung places as Paris and China, it's clear that beauty — and good times — can be found close to home, too. And if you didn't get a summer vacation, go ahead and live vicariously through your fellow readers. No passport required.
