The Hennepin County Attorney's office charged Nicholas David Kraus, 35, of St. Paul with second-degree intentional murder and two counts of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, all felonies, related to Sunday's crash at the site of a protest in Uptown that left a woman dead and several others injured.
