This is the month to binge on comics.

Marvel is offering a month of access to its collection of 15,000 digital comics through the Marvel Unlimited app for 99 cents -- if you subscribe by July 29. The special price coincides with Comic-Con International in San Diego.

The Avengers, Spiderman, Hulk -- they're all there, ready for reading on your smartphone, tablet or computer. Maybe you've seen the movies and want to see those characters in true comic book form. Or maybe you're looking for a new series to read.

Wired explains that Marvel Unlimited includes "books that hit the stand six months ago to the Golden and Silver Age classics of yesteryear." There are also some comics designs for digital reading, with sound and behind-the-scenes videos.

Not sure where to start? BookRiot offers some suggestions.

One caveat: The special 99-cent price is for the first month of a subscription. Subsequent months will cost you $9.99 each. If you want to commit long-term, an annual subscription is $69.

But even if you just want a taste, you can read a lot of comics in a month.
