Week 4 of the Page 2 Fantasy Football Challenge is upon us. Each week, a guest picker chooses a QB, WR and RB. The only players off-limits are those selected by the previous guest picker. This week's guest — Kevin Myers, the Creative Manager at Fox 9 and co-creator of FantasyVictory.com — will go head-to-head against the Star Tribune's Michael Rand, who is still in search of his first fantasy victory of 2015 and who, as usual, is not allowed to pick anyone projected by NFL.com to score in the top 10 at their respective positions:

Kevin Myers' WEEK 4 FANTASY PICKS

QB: Andrew Luck, Colts

NFL.com QB projection: No. 3

Matchup: Jaguars

Aaron Rodgers is probably the best pick here, but I refuse on Purple Principle to draft him on my fantasy teams and I'm not doing it here. Luck has been very disappointing so far, but I see him turning things around against the Jaguars' 25th-ranked pass defense.

RB: Latavius Murray, Raiders

NFL.com RB projection: No. 22

Matchup: Bears

Murray has been getting better every game, and this week he draws a porous Chicago run defense. It'll be a joy to see Murray and the frisky Raiders hand the winless Bears their fourth loss.

WR: Julio Jones, Falcons

NFL.com WR projection: No. 4

Matchup: Texans

Experts who predicted a monster season for Jones look like geniuses right now. The Texans' solid pass defense may slow Jones' pace, but he will still be hotter than Hansel (who is so hot right now).

MICHAEL RAND's WEEK 4 FANTASY PICKS

QB: Philip Rivers, Chargers

NFL.com QB projection: No. 14

Matchup: Browns

I guess you could say I'm buying into the Vikings' D with this pick. Rivers looked shaken a week ago against Mike Zimmer's bunch, but I'm guessing he'll get back on track at home against the Browns. Meanwhile, I'm passing on the rare chance to use Peyton Manning — again, the Zimmer factor.

RB: Frank Gore, Colts

NFL.com RB projection: No. 17

Matchup: Jaguars

Gore easily had his best game in a Colts uniform last week, going for 86 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Maybe Indianapolis has found balance? If so, look for more Gore against the Jaguars.

WR: Larry Fitzgerald, Cardinals

NFL.com WR projection: No. 15

Matchup: Rams

This is a tough defensive matchup, but Fitzgerald simply looks revitalized with Carson Palmer back at quarterback. He's gone over 100 yards each of the past two weeks, with five combined TDs.

SCOREBOARD WEEK 3 FANTASY RECAP (USING NFL.COM DEFAULT SCORING METHOD)

Winner: Jeff Fischer — Ben Roethlisberger (5.7), Adrian Peterson (24.6), Julian Edelman (8.5). Total: 38.8.

Loser: Michael Rand — Carson Palmer (18.5), Marshawn Lynch (2.3), Brandon Marshall (14.9). Total: 35.7.

Overall standings: Guest pickers 3-0.
