After several months of waiting, two Qwest customers last week received $50 Visa gift cards that they were promised for signing up for Internet service.
Dawn Weinhaus and Marjorie Watson contacted Whistleblower after their efforts to get the promotional gift cards were unsuccessful.
The cards were supposed to arrive within four to six weeks.
Qwest spokeswoman Joanna Hjelmeland said the delays occurred during a transition to a new vendor that was responsible for sending out the cards.
After Whistleblower wrote about the delay a week ago, two other Qwest customers came forward to say they hadn't received their gift cards, either.
