Brady Quinn took the snaps with Cleveland's first-team offense on Friday during practice, according to the Associated Press.
This comes as no surprise given that word got out this week that Quinn would start in Sunday's opener against the Vikings. Coach Eric Mangini still has not announced officially that Quinn will be under center. Derek Anderson was the Browns' other option to start.
Mangini doesn't appear to try to be hiding anything anymore given that Quinn worked with the starting offense during the 30 minutes that reporters in Cleveland were allowed to watch the Browns practice on Friday.
