Traffic levels are getting back to normal now that the morning rush hour is winding down, a commute that saw numerous accidents and delays.

For the second time this morning, police are on the scene of a crash on Hwy. 10 at Ramsey Blvd. in Ramsey. Traffic has been tough in that area all morning.

It's still busy out there on 494 in both directions between Hwy. 100 and Cedar Avenue. And there is minor congestion on 94 eastbound at the Lowry Hill Tunnel.
