Super Bowl update: Slash and Usher are expected to join the  Black Eyed Peas’ half-time show…. A claymation of Eminem will be featured in a Super Bowl Lipton Brisk Tea commercial… Faith Hill will join the Pretenders for “CMT Crossroads” on Saturday at 9 p.m. live from Dallas…. Nothing will be as exciting, though, as Richie Sambora’s fashion show featuring Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders.
The following Sunday, Mick Jagger will sing live on the Grammy Awards stage for the first time, as part of a tribute to the late soul man Solomon Burke. In 1986, Jagger and the Rolling Stones performed via satellite at the Grammys when they received a lifetime achievement prize.
Jeff Tweedy of Wilco will do a solo acoustic show March 29 at Rochester's Mayo Civic Center's Presentation Hall. Tickets go on sale at 10 .m. Feb. 11.
