After the final show of "American Idiot" on Broadway Sunday, its star, Billie Joe Armstrong, played a 10-song concert with his band, Green Day, and the rest of the Broadway cast dancing onstage.....Thurston Moore's "Demolished Thoughts" appears on May 24.

Jeff Tweedy tells rollingstone.com that the working title of Wilco's September album is "Get Well Soon Everybody." The album features 7-minute "Art of Almost," which ends in a Krautrock fury, and two country-tinged tunes, "Whole Love" and "Black Moon." The band recorded more than 20 songs for the project on their own dBpm label. As for the name of the record label, Tweedy said: "It doesn't make any sense. But as a graphic, it looks cool."
