A man got out of his vehicle Dec. 4, stopping traffic, to yell at the driver of a vehicle behind him near Weir Drive and Valley Creek Road in Woodbury. He was angry because he had been cut off on the highway by the vehicle several minutes earlier. The driver got back in his car, but the argument continued until police arrived. An officer advised both drivers of their poor decisions and actions. No charges.
