35 Counts of animal cruelty dismissed against an East Bethel rancher whose property was improperly searched.

WEEK OF OCT. 29 A fire was reported near Clover Preserve Drive in Chaska. But police officers were unable to find it. They discovered that the caller had been seeing light reflections on water in a nearby pond and mistook them for flames.
