Minneapolis police said Saturday that a 27-year-old woman who hadn't been seen since March 24 has been found safe.
Hani Jama, who has a medical condition that requires continuous care, had been last seen at a Minneapolis clinic after taking a family member's cell phone and car. A week later, the car was found parked near the intersection of 5th Avenue S. and 24th Street E.
Jama's family had been organizing search efforts through a Facebook page called "Where is Hani Jama?"
