A 76-year-old Shakopee man died Sunday night in Prior Lake after he pulled in front of a truck, the collision's impact sending his vehicle into a nearby pond, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

Robert Alfred Wolff was driving a GMC Terrain on 170th Street E. in Prior Lake when he attempted to turn left onto Hwy. 13. He pulled out in front of Andrew Paul Ganfield, 44, of Prior Lake, who was driving a Dodge Ram with a boat attached. Ganfield had three passengers — Beth Tonia Ganfield, 44; Jeremy Allan Miller, 43, and Jacob Allan Miller, 8.

Beth Ganfield was taken to St. Francis Regional Medical Center with life-threatening injuries, while Andrew Ganfield sustained noncritical injuries. Jeremy and Jacob Miller were also injured, though not critically, according to the State Patrol.

Everyone involved in the crash was wearing a seat belt.
