We got this email from a Prince spokesperson this afternoon:

Prince and his band will be performing tomorrow night (Saturday) at 11 pm at Paisley Park. Tickets go on sale at 7 pm at Paisley Park and are $40 cash at the door.

Prince's charity, Love 4 One Another, will be hosting a coat drive outside the concert. Please bring new and gently-used coats, scarves and winter wear to the event to support your less fortunate neighbors and friends in the Twin Cities area. We will also be accepting canned and boxed foods,as well as bottled water. All goods will be distributed to the homeless and those in need in the Twin Cities.

Special parking arrangements have been made at the SW Transit station at the intersection of HWYs 212 and 101. Shuttles will bring everyone from there 2 Paisley starting at 7 pm. (There will b no onsite parking other than handicapped parking.) Please do not park along the streets or in other business areas in Chanhassen.

Paisley Park is at 7801 Audubon Road, Chanhassen, MN, 55317. Never been to Paisley? A few years ago, Prince used to have weekly parties there -- sometimes playing til dawn, sometimes not showing up at all. Snoops can take a virtual tour here.
