Preparations begin in earnest for Vikings' 'stretch' to end season

Vikings players and coaches met with the media Thursday in Eagan, a day later than normal with the Vikings set to take on the Seahawks in Seattle on Monday Night Football.

The season's final quarter kicks off with this week's games, and for the Vikings it's a big one at Seattle on Monday Night Football. The vibe in the locker room seems clear: the at 6-5-1 the season starts now. Good or bad, much about the direction of the season will be determined under the lights in the Emerald City.
