More than 100,000 pounds of breakfast pastries and biscuits are being recalled by Lettieri's Foods Inc., a Shakopee company, because they contain undeclared monosodium glutamate (MSG). The company's products are sold in convenience stores, vending and food-service operations, according to its website.

The recalled products are individual 5.5-ounce packages with the names "Lettieri's Breakfast Stackers Sausage, Egg & Cheese within a flakey [sic] biscuit" and "Real Time Café Breakfast Stacker Sausage, Egg & Cheese within a flakey pastry." The biscuits and pastries were distributed in Minnesota, Wisconsin and other states.
