Power out in St. Louis Park

About 2,000 Xcel Energy customers in St. Louis Park lost power late Wednesday night.

Company spokeswoman Mary Sandok said she didn't know the cause for the outage.

Nearly 1,900 customers lost power about 10 p.m. and were expected to have it restored after 11 p.m. Another 150 customers who lost power about 9:30 p.m. were expected to have it restored after 1 a.m.
