OK, so how many of you believe this WNBA finals will go longer than three games?
The Lynx just put their second straight 25-point beating on an Atlanta team whose collective body language spoke of their obviously frustration.
The Lynx set a finals record in shooting (56.9 percent). They held Atlanta to 35.8 percent. Angel McCoughtry had another frustrating night, scoring 15 points on 5-for-18 shooting before fouling herself out of the game late.
Afterwards, in the locker room, she complained about the physical nature of the series, saying she felt like she had played in a football game, not a basketball game. "I shouldn't feel like that," she said.
Said Seimone Augustus: "Then don't play in the WNBA finals.''
Yes, the Dream will play with some desperation on Thursday at the Arena at Gwinnett Center. But I suspect the Lynx will get this done, going a perfect 7-0 in the postseason in the process.
Here are some thoughts on tonight's game.
--I have rarely seen a more balanced display. All five starters scored in double figures. All five had at least three assists. Four of the five had five or more rebounds.
