The Twins are 9-2 in their past 11 games after defeating the Rangers 6-1 on Sunday. This game was all about Francisco Liriano, but here's a look at some of their other players who are heating up:

* Luke Hughes is batting .414 (12-for-29) over his past eight games. He went 3-for-4 Sunday, and his two-out, RBI single in the first inning stood as the game's only run until the seventh inning.

* Alexi Casilla is batting .337 (32-for-95) with six stolen bases and 15 runs scored in his past 27 games. He went 2-for-3 Sunday, and his two-out, RBI single in the seventh inning stretched the lead to 3-0.

* Michael Cuddyer is batting .320 (31-for-97) with five homers and 18 RBI in his past 26 games. He drew two walks Sunday, and his three-run homer made it 6-0 in the seventh.
