Poll results: Minneapolis voters split on building streetcar line

A poll conducted for the Star Tribune found likely voters in Minneapolis nearly evenly split on whether to build a $200 million streetcar line. The poll was conducted Sept. 8-10 of 800 likely voters in the city and has a margin of sampling error of 3.5 percentage points, plus or minus.
