City police are working to find a suspect or suspects in a shooting Monday afternoon near Patrick Henry High School that left a teenage boy wounded, a department spokesman said.

The victim, whose age and name were not released, was taken to nearby North Memorial Medical Center with injuries that are not considered life-threatening, according to the spokesman, Scott Seroka.

Seroka said the victim was shot in the shoulder while walking down the street in the area of 45th and Logan avenues N., in the Webber-Camden neighborhood, sometime around 3 p.m. Monday. The incident occurred about three blocks away from the high school.

No arrest has been made, and no suspect description was provided.
