Monday on the northwestern edge of a storm system. In this corridor, the combination of snow falling at light to moderate ratesand blowing snow will dangerously reduce visibility at times.

The storm system that will spread snow across the northern Plains and UpperMidwest is the same one delivering heavy mountain snow to the West thisweekend. Salt Lake City and Denver are among cities that will also deal withsnow from the storm.

Interstates in the path of snow include: I-25, I-70, I-76, I-80, I-90,I-94.

The next round of dangerous arctic cold will plunge into the northern Rockiesand northern Plains behind the storm. Gusty winds will contribute to brutalAccuWeather RealFeel® temperatures that will plummet below zero by Mondaynight.

Meanwhile, milder air will rush over cold air at the surface farther to theeast, bringing the threat for dangerous sleet and freezing rain fromsoutheastern Minnesota and central Wisconsin to the Upper Peninsula of Michiganand Ontario, Canada Monday.
