Play house: Which mortgage would you choose?

Finally, a regulator that cares what the regulated think.

Finally, a regulator that cares what the regulated think. Kudos to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau for including consumers in its task to revise mortgage disclosure forms. First, they took feedback on sample documents and tweaked them accordingly. Now they are asking consumers to play house and select one of two similar mortgages as if they were shopping for a loan.

Isn't it nice to have a regulator ask our opinion for a change?

So if you have a minute, head over and tell the CFPB which loan you'd choose.
