A pickup truck veered off a central Minnesota highway, struck several trees and came to rest in a backyard, where the driver was found dead.
The crash occurred about 12:25 p.m. Saturday along Hwy. 10 in Randall, according to the State Patrol.
Richard K. Larson, 64, of Litchfield, Minn., was killed in the wreck, the patrol said.
Larson was heading south on Hwy. 10, when his pickup went into the ditch, struck a road sign, went up the embankment, through barbed-wire fencing and hit several small trees, according to the patrol.
The pickup ended up in the yard behind the 100 block of 6th Street W.
