Surgical technologists and surgical technology students participated in a mock knee replacement procedure in the Great Hall of the Capitol Thursday, April 11, 2013 to bring attention to to bills that would ensure standards for the now unregulated profession.

The mock patient was draped and prepared by surgical technologists who graduated from the Rasmussen College program last June.
