House democrats unveiled their education plan with the House education omnibus finance bill that they say will close the achievement gap, achieve a 100 percent high school graduation rate, 100 percent literacy by third grade, and 100 percent career and college readiness by graduation by 2027.
Education finance committee chair Rep. Paul Marquart, DFL-Dilworth, said the bill will raise funding and guarantee all districts at least $300 per student in of equity and referendum revenue.
