Downy, fluffy young loons are arriving to proud parents on lakes, rivers and ponds near you. Some loons are habituated to humans and allow a close approach. Others are skitish. Aviod disturbing loons while attempting to get that great photo. Find a loon family that tollerates humans, take a few images and then move on leaving them in peace.
