Rep. Dan Schoen, DFL-St. Paul Park, tried to lift a stack of printed proposed amendments to the Health and Human Services Omnibus Finance bill which numbered 87 Monday afternoon. Copies were stacked on benches to be distributed to members for what was expected to be a long debate.
