Oh, and he's considered suicide. It sounds like an incredibly depressing piece, but certainly better than the usual celeb fluff. "Decades of criticism have taken their toll"? He got dinged for some turning out some lite-pop pseudo-soul, sure, but he was also regarded as an exceptional drummer, and a natural actor with a light comic touch. So either something happened, or there was a cumulative shift in the fellow's character and outlook, or the piece is simply exaggerating a side not previously glimpsed for the purposes of getting attention and selling copies. If that's the case, we won't encourage them at all, and -
