Running back Adrian Peterson and nose tackle Linval Joseph did not participate in the Vikings' practice today.

Both were present during stretching. Joseph walked to the locker room after that, while Peterson stayed on the field and watched the individual running back drills.

Peterson's injuries were again listed as ankle and shoulder, as they were last week when he missed practices. Joseph (foot) returned Sunday after missing three straight games because of a toe injury.

Players wore shoulder pads for the outdoor practice. Every player except Peterson and Joseph was in pads.

Tackle Matt Kalil (lower leg), safety Harrison Smith (hamstring), defensive end Everson Griffen (shoulder) and defensive tackle Sharrif Floyd (knee) were limited in practice. Safety Anthony Harris (hip) and wideout Adam Thielen (back) were full participants.

The Packers injury report:

Tackle David Bakhtiari (ankle), defensive tackle Mike Daniels (ankle), linebacker Jayrone Elliott (quadricep), linbacker Mike Neal (hip), tight end Justin Perillo (hamstring) and defensive tackle B.J. Raji (concussion) did not participate.

Among those limited were cornerback Casey Hayward (ankle), guard T. J. Lang (shoulder), tailback Eddie Lacy (rib), cornerback Sam Shields (concussion), guard Josh Sitton (back) and tackle Bryan Bulaga (ankle) were limited.

Linebacker Clay Matthews (ankle) was a full participant.
