Residents across the Midwest and Northeast hoping for the quick return ofmilder air should not get their hopes up. Unseasonably cool air will continueto have a firm grip on these regions through at least Monday.The cold will once again result in temperatures being held 10 to 20 degreesbelow highs that are typical for late March both Sunday and Monday.
