Periscope videos will autoplay on Twitter

Periscope righting the ship

Periscope brought us easy-to-use livestreaming. But if there was any knock against the app, it was this: Periscope videos posted to Twitter wouldn't autoplay on that network's feed. We've always had to click a link to open the stream. (First World problem, but still a problem!) Good news: Periscope says tweets containing livestreams will soon autoplay on Twitter. So now you won't have to click to see Jimmy Fallon eat his lunch in real time.
