Pedestrian killed as he walked along northern Minn. highway

A 46-year-old man was killed when he was hit by a vehicle as he walked along a highway Sunday in northern Minnesota, authorities said.

The victim, Dallas Boswell, was in the right lane of Hwy. 2 when he was hit at 9:53 p.m. near mile marker 128 in Cass County, the State Patrol said.

The driver of the van who hit the victim was not hurt, the patrol said.
