Pay-what-u-can at Children's Theatre but call early ($1 minimum)

Pay $1 or more for tix to selected performances of "According to Coyote"

Beginning at 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 8, anyone wanting to attend the Children's Theatre production of "According to Coyote" can pay what they can ($1 or more) for tickets that normally are priced between $20 to $25 for kids, students and seniors and $32 to $40 for adults.

The offer can be done in person at the theater or by calling 612-874-0400. There are no online sales for this offer. The tickets are on the main floor (not nosebleed seats) for perfs on Feb. 19, Feb. 26, March 5, March 12 and March 19. All perfs start at 7:30 p.m. Patrons may purchase up to 6 tickets per title with a maximum of 12 tickets per household per season at the pay-what-u-can rate. Call or go early or you'll be leave empty-handed.

The CTC offers the pay-what-u-can offer for most new productions, said PR manager Anne Schopen.
