'Pam & Tommy'
This comedy about unintentional adult-film stars Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee has its tawdry moments, including one in which the Motley Crue drummer gives his private parts a pep talk. But the creators of this eight-part series are only marginally interested in titillation. They get a much bigger kick out of tracking the rise of the internet, slamming the media and celebrating the resilience of the former "Baywatch" star, played by a nearly unrecognizable Lily James. She's terrific, and so is Seth Rogen as the vengeful electrician who puts the sex tape on the market and Nick Offerman as a two-timing porn director. Prepare to be turned on in ways you didn't expect. Wednesday, Hulu

'The Afterparty'
Agatha Christie created her fair share of quirky detectives. But none of them was quite as eccentric as Tiffany Haddish's character in this eight-part murder mystery created by Phil Lord and Chris Miller, the team behind "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse." Haddish is a hoot, especially when she turns her interrogations into tamer versions of her stand-up act. The suspects include scene-stealers like "Broad City's" Ilana Glazer and "Veep's" Sam Richardson. Apple TV Plus

'Celebrating Betty White: America's Golden Girl'
We've lost a lot of great comics in the past few months, but at least White got the opportunity to live a full, rich life. Expect this one-hour special, premiering just a couple of weeks after what would have been her 100th birthday, to be jam-packed with clips from her stints with "The Mary Tyler Moore Show" and "The Golden Girls." 9 p.m. Monday, KARE, Ch. 11

'Terry Bradshaw: Going Deep'
Last August, the former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback punished Branson, Mo., audiences with a nightclub act that seems to have been concocted during a 10-second huddle. For some reason, cameras were there to record the train wreck. Football fans will be drawn into Bradshaw's stories about his uneasy relationship with coach Chuck Noll. Theater fans will be repulsed when he starts singing "Boot Scootin' Boogie." 8 p.m. Tuesday, HBO

'The Legend of Vox Machina'
The battle to be crowned bloodiest superhero team has a new contender. This 12-part animated series features a gang of misfit mercenaries who are charged with saving a kingdom that's even less hospitable than Westeros. Neither the quips nor the fight scenes pack much of a punch. Fantasy fans will be better off dusting off their old Dungeons & Dragons set. Amazon Prime
