That may be true. Anderson's heart is in the right place, but the only way a ban would have any real impact in Russia would be the guarantee that Putin would personally show up and teach the importers some of the things he learned in the KGB. Not out of the question - Vlad likes to keep his skills fresh, you suspect - but not entirely likely.
