OVERRATED

Brad Pitt's Oscar-nominated performance in "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" was more a triumph of technology than dramatic skill. Not only did he not deserve to be in the same category as Mickey Rourke and Sean Penn, but Pretty Boy Pitt gave only the third best performance in his own movie, behind the stellar Cate Blanchett and Oscar-nominated Taraji P. Henson.

UNDERRATED

Don't be dissuaded by the notion of dining in an industrial strip mall that is dark and desolate at night. Indeed, Da Afghan is hard to find on an obscure street behind a mountain of rubble, next to REI on 80th Street in Bloomington. But it's worth the effort to eat at one of the Twin Cities' most delectable and comfortable ethnic restaurants (it's Afghani). It's the one dining spot we always take out-of-towners to. FILE -- A rent deposit slot at an apartment complex in Tucker, Ga., on July 21, 2020.
