Overrated and underrated

Yes, the guest stars -- Penélope Cruz! John Corbett! Liza Minnelli! -- are pretty cool, and the naughty one-liners fly a mile a minute ("Have we met?" quips Samantha, when asked how she could possibly swallow a veritable pharmacy), but after watching the preview for the upcoming "Sex and the City 2" (and borrowing a Carrie Bradshaw-ism), I had to wonder: Did they have to dress and style the show's Fab Four to look like drag queens?

Julianna Margulies garners much of the attention as the title spouse in "The Good Wife," but the show's actor to watch is Archie Panjabi, who plays Kalinda, the worldly, world-weary private investigator with the killer wardrobe, ruthless instincts, mysterious sexual orientation and awesome dialogue. If CBS isn't selling "I am Kalinda" T-shirts, it should be.
