Three men were injured during an early morning shooting Saturday in downtown Minneapolis, the most serious of three incidents across the city that left six people wounded.
Officers responded to the 300 block of Hennepin Avenue around 2:50 a.m. on reports of a shooting, a police spokeswoman said Saturday. Upon arrival, they found three men suffering from gunshot wounds and began providing medical assistance until paramedics arrived.
The victims were taken by ambulance to Hennepin County Medical Center, where two were treated for noncritical injuries. The third was hospitalized in stable condition with a gunshot wound to the abdomen.
No information about a suspect was released, and no arrests have been made in the case.

Hours before the overnight shooting, gunfire in north Minneapolis left one man shot in the leg and another with a flesh wound to the back after a bullet grazed him, said police spokeswoman Sgt. Catherine Michal.
Around 4 a.m. Saturday, an attempted robbery near 34th Street and Humboldt Avenue N. resulted in one victim being shot in the foot, police said.
