Art, music, yoga and more blossomed on Lyndale Avenue S. on Sunday, when a section of the street was closed from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for Open Streets Minneapolis. The annual event transforms major thoroughfares into a playground for pedestrians, bicyclists, skateboarders and skaters of all sizes. The next event takes place July 28 on Central Avenue NE.
