The Richfield City Council wants to know what residents think of plans for a new City Hall before a possible council vote on May 13.
Informational open houses will be held from 5 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, May 1, and 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, May 3 at Richfield City Hall, 6700 Portland Av. S.
