Toy Theatre After Dark
Thu.-Sat.: Susan Haas, artistic producing director of Open Eye Figure Theatre, curates this two-week festival of miniature puppetry acts from across the country. The first week includes performances by both established and emerging artists, including butoh-influenced New Yorker Kevin Augustine; Detroiter Lindsay McCaw, who investigates the “less cultivated” members of the plant world, and Minneapolitan Paige Carlson, who plays with dirty dishes.
