Two men were shot, one fatally, in north Minneapolis on Sunday afternoon, the Minneapolis Police Department reported Sunday night.
Police responded to reports of gunshots in the 2700 block of Girard Avenue N. about 4:15 p.m., police said.
One man was taken to North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale, where he died from his injuries. The other victim was transported to Hennepin County Medical Center and is expected to Âsurvive.
Police said no one was in custody Sunday night.
