One person is dead after an apartment fire Tuesday in St. Paul, the Fire Department said.
The blaze occurred in the 1600 block of N. Hamline Avenue. Authorities said other units in building remained habitable.
The victim's identity and cause of death will be released after examination and confirmation by the Ramsey County medical examiner's office.
Additional information about the fire's possible cause was not immediately available.
