Just as a crash on westbound 94 at Hwy. 61 has cleared, a second incident has popped up.

Look for flashing lights and vehicles off to the right shoulder in the vicinity of Mounds Blvd. Traffic begins slowing back at Century Avenue.

Elsewhere, southbound 35E is heavy from Roselawn Avenue to 94 in St. Paul.

As usual, there's some congestion on 35W south from County 10 to 694.
