Hide your kids, hide your spouse. Bauhaus has released their Belgo-Style American Pale Ale into the wild complete with a video that even Sammy Haggar would approve of. The brew itself is refreshing and finishes very dry, perfect for a summer seasonal. The Belgian yeast is the star of the show when it comes to the flavor of this handsome beer — and it's helped out by the tropical fruit driven American hops.

"For our summer seasonal, we wanted to dress up an American Pale Ale," says Bauhaus President and Head Brewer Matt Schwandt. "Hairbanger has all the refreshing, tropical hoppiness you'd want in a modern APA, but we've fermented this beer with a classic Belgian yeast strain that gives it an awesomely complex fruitiness. It's basically the outdoor concert beer we at Bauhaus have all been dreaming about."

The beer is officially going to be released on June 13 at the taproom where you may or may not witness the Schwandt family hair banging to terrible '80's metal. The event will also consist of an after party at a secret location where you might just run into Jean-Claude Van Damme from the music video.

Look for this 50 IBU, 5.5% ABV brew in four packs of 16 oz. cans at your local liquor store and be sure to crank it up to eleven.

Cheers!
