The Guthrie Theater has added a production to its current season. "Circle Mirror Transformation" will run May 20-June 13 in the Studio, under the direction of Benjamin McGovern. The play, written by Annie Baker, drew stellar reviews in its premiere at Playwrights' Horizon last year. It focuses on five small-town residents who learn about themselves and each other when they take a community acting class. That production was extended several times and just closed in January.

The Guthrie staging will include Chris Carlson, Tracey Maloney, Bill McCallum and Angela Timberman. (Information at 612.377.2224 or www.guthrietheater.org
