Northstar Commuter line back on track

The second and third runs on the Northstar Commuter Line have been combined into a single train. It left the Elk River Station about 5 minutes ago and heading toward the Ramsey Station.

The second and third runs on the Northstar Commuter Line have been combined into a single train. It left the Elk River Station about 5 minutes ago and heading toward the Ramsey Station.
